Before You Begin
You need a MYCURE account with appropriate permissions to access billing reports
Basic familiarity with the MYCURE navigation interface
Specific details about what you're looking for (dates, organizations, etc.) will be helpful
Steps
1. Accessing Manual OR Reports
Click Billing from the Nav bar
Click Reports
Click Manual OR

2. Filtering OR Reports
To narrow down your search results:
Click the filter button at the top of the reports page
Select Organization from the dropdown menu
Pick a date from the Created At field using the date picker
Pick a date from the Finalized At field using the date picker
Select Status from the dropdown options
Select Cashier from the dropdown list
Select or search for a specific customer using the search field
Click Save & confirm to apply your filters (or Cancel to discard, or Clear filters to start over)


3. Exporting OR Reports
To export your reports for external use:
Click the Export Button at the top of the reports page
Select your preferred Export Format from the dropdown
Select Organization from the dropdown menu
Pick a date range using the Created At field
Pick a date range using the Finalized At field
Select Status from the dropdown options
Select Cashier from the dropdown list
Select or search for a specific customer
Click the export button to generate and download your report

Tips and Common Issues
Tip:
When filtering by date, you can select a date range rather than a single date to view reports from a specific time period.
Note:
The export function will apply all of the filters you've selected. Make sure your filters are correctly set before exporting to avoid missing data.
Warning:
Exporting large datasets may take several minutes to process. Please be patient and do not refresh the page during export.
Troubleshooting
No reports are showing after applying filters - Check if your filter criteria might be too restrictive. Try removing some filters or broadening your date range.
Export is taking too long - Large datasets require more processing time. Try narrowing your search criteria or exporting in smaller batches.
Can't find a specific customer - Try searching by partial name or phone number. If still not found, verify the customer exists in the system.
Export fails to download - Check your browser's download settings and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If issues persist, contact support@mycure.md.
